Formed
Sunshine Coast, Queensland, 2000
Band information
Archaea was formed on the Sunshine Coast in 2000. Their early style was a heavy and aggressive melodic thrashy death metal but after Attwood left the band began to explore a more commercial sound. They played their final gig in 2007.
